Bill was born in Mount Vernon Washington on July 11, 1947 and he passed away on June 23, 2022. Bill was living in Seaside, Oregon where he had moved in 1976.
Oh Willie Bill, of all the great friends I've been fortunate to have, you were the one that always could bring a smile or make me laugh out loud. What adventures we shared. Whether hitchhiking to San Francisco to experience the hip scene or living in a stoner house together we had a great time in a very exciting and adventurous time of life. You were always our Ferdinand the Bull. Big and imposing with a gentle, kind heart and a soul that would rather smell the flowers than show the world another tough guy. Later in life on the occasions we could get together with you and Linda, it was always as if we had just left each other 5 minutes earlier. We just picked up and shared like we had never been apart. We are apart now and your passing leaves the world a little less light, a lot less jolly. I hope you are surrounded by laughter, love and peace my friend. You will never leave my heart. Don
