In Memory

Julie Roth

Julie Ann Roth passed away peacefully on January 6, 2014 at the age of 65, after a valiant battle with cancer. A Bothell HS grad, she lived in the area all her life. She attended the UW and pledged Delta Zeta. She was a longtime member of Sweet Adelines, both in choruses and quartets and had a wonderful high sweet voice. She was retired from the University Bookstore, and with her new extra time traveled, sang and learned to play guitar. Both artistic and creative, she was very generous to her favorite charities, and with her time to friends and family. She was the daughter of Bill and Betty Roth (dec), and is survived by her brother Bill Roth, her best friend Bonnie Good, her wonderful quartet members, her Aunt Edna, the Lee and Roth cousins, and her cat Sunny. We will all miss her sweet, gentle ways and smile, and know that she sings with the angels
